This is so dumb and gimicky. Microsoft doesn't want to face the fact that there are lots of people out there who just don't like video games. Getting rid of controllers will not change this fact.

Again, I 100% agree and understand. However, it is not as easy for a spy to be anti sniper for example as it is for a pyro to be anti spy. Same with any other class. That is my point.

My argument is regarding discovering cloaked/disguised spies more so than killing them. Holding left click on every approaching team mate just to spy check feels cheap to me. And I'm not arguing the fact that as a spy, your best bet is to avoid pyros. This is true. :)

I understand what you're saying and agree with you. However, I feel like it should take a little more skill from the pyros than just holding the left click button down.

Played the demo. While it looks very good, I couldnt stand the controls. Also, this is just me but I'm way over the typical FPS mission objectives. "Cover me while I hack this door". Meh.
