It's the first RPG I played in all my life. My favourite is FFVI, then FFVII (Barret rocks :P), FFV, FFIX, FFX, FFVIII (just my opinion). But all of them are great!

I don't think ANY game could be as good as the game being envisioned by ANY fan, but it's been like this for years. The imagination is the greatest weapon of the humanity, and translate it to a game is impossible right now (maybe in the future will be close to it, but never at the same level).
