I reckon it's here @ Steam Install Directory\config\ - in this folder there is a file called userdata_xxxxxx.vdf If the xxxxxx represents your Steam ID then mine is - 10627. Anyone else concur or would like to share their ID? b0yce :cheers:

What OS version are you using, and what button do you press, Ok or Cancel to reflush your cache. You're better off checking out the Steam forums, you're more likely to get answers from people experiencing the same problems as you. www.steampowered.com :D
