I'm an american and all this north america only stuff is pretty messed up. I feel so bad for other countries. Are these game companies completely oblivious to what's going on?

How are they "money hungry"? They developed Steam for this very purpose; online distribution. You need money to make games in case you didn't know.

I'll start with the positive. Art direction is good, I like the maps a lot, and the classes look awesome. I'm sure it's taken a lot of time and effort to make this mod for free to the masses. Now for the negative. Like others were saying, the air control and the jumping is absolutley...

I guarantee that when this mod comes out, the server owners will tweak the airspeed settings and stuff to make it more realistic. The way they have it now would NOT be fun to play against people like that. You would be ripping your hair out, trust me.

. So what? Let all the 12 year olds get Halo 3 and let the big boys who actually know what games are get the Black and Orange boxes. Valve are going to sell a tremendous amount for the PC and the consoles, I guarantee it. .

Valve is a good company but BOY are they lousy at release dates.

very nice Valve, can't wait to see how this is implemented in the full game. Maybe in 5+ years, they can have it where when people talk on the mic, it translates their voice to the characters voice and lipsyncs it. *drools*
