That's stupid, I would understand if it was old copies of HL2 that needed to be upgraded, but if you order the orange box on a clean account you should get the 360 versions of the game.

I want to know if the orange box versions of HL2 are the upgraded versions? Has anyone ordered on a clean account and tried to download it?

You would easily be able to get it on a DVD9 - possibly 2 DVD's HL2 is about 2 gigs, EP1 is 1 gig, EP2 will probably be another 1 gig, portal probably around 500MB and TF2 will probably be the same size as DOD:S All Valve games use alot of content between them.

Failing to deliver a working engine on a contractual date is the main crux of the lawsuit. And if it was delivered late then it's all on Epic. 3 months of development time wasted due to a non functional engine is a ton of moneyz.
