Hey I got a ATI Radeon 9800XT, up until I reinstalled Windows XP a week ago, my card was showing up as hardware DX Level 9.0 and I could have full HDR if I wanted to. Now the hardware level is showing up as Level 0.0 and HDR I can only have to None or Bloom, anyone know how I can correct this...

Ok well thanks for your replies will try rolling back drivers see if that helps at all.

Thanks for your reply, hmm well I have'nt overclocked it cause I don't know how :P Cooling I have some pretty serious case fans on my rig plus the card has a decent fan, so I don't see how that could be a problem. Although do you think this could be permenant?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. When I turn HDR lighting on in HL2 or any HL2 Mod I get these red dots which flicker/appear in dark areas. Im running a Radeon 9800XT with Catalyst 6.8 Windows XP drivers installed. DX9 installed aswell. Strangley if I turn of HDR...

I dont understand the point in this? why dont you just start a new clan called noob and enter tournaments. I just think that if you harden other players from other clans they will be playing the way you taught them to play, your tactics, and these may greatly differ from their own clans tactics...

my router came as "admin" "password" as defualt and port forwarding was under "Port Forwarding tab" maybe the computer you are on is not allowed access to router control panel?
