Exit out of the game, go to the Play Games section of Steam, right click on Condition Zero (or any other game you wanna check the status on) and select properties. You could also right click the system tray icon and select monitor but at times it isn't as sensitive as the play games properties.

Just a little update regarding this topic. It is now possible for ATi voucher holders to input the key into Steam for use when HL2/CS:Source is released. Just go to "Browse Games" and click on the icon that says "Register a product I already own...". Once the ATi key is inputted a box will...
