    You don't need to do anything special. Just check the "start on" flag if you want it to start its life throwing sparks. If not, trigger it with a button or some other entity.

    As far as I know, if you have 20 players and 20 spawn points, a 21st person would not be able to connect, or at least not join as anything other than a spectator. Spawn points are just points where characters are spawned, so an unused spawn point will be no different than a used spawn point...
