shader detail is perhaps the only thing that should be left at high always... shaders are the most important part of all gaming engines, SHADERS ON HIGH! lol I personally prefer to run everything at high with no anti-aliasing... its simply not worth lowering the texture res that much...

Oh ye and installing the card is really easy. You just 'push' the card into the appropriate slot on the motherboard and it will 'clip' into place by itself. Then all you have to do is screw it in and turn it on. Cheers.

Well... You gotta remember counterstrike now has HDR and levels like de_nuke and cs_militia are extremely GPU intensive. Episode 1 is worse and... episode 2 will feature shadow-mapping and a greatly upgraded physics engine so I think the new year is a good time to move on from integrated...

lol ye... lighting isnt easy in source. none of them seem to work like real lights, u gotta place sum spare ones here and there and all around just to get it looking normal... cubemaps are stupid aswell, its annoying and inconvient way to render reflections, cant they just use the surface normal...
