    Can anyone connect to a steam related product right NOW?!?

    Hmmm, my steam has worked fine for the last few days, it took it a while to authenticate the cd key because steam servers were busy but its been fine since. Try breifly turning off your firewall untill steam has connected then turn it back on when you're in. Always worked for me.

    Most creative way out of a sticky situation?

    A cool(ish) thing i did, was manipulate a flammble barrel, launch it intro the air, pull out usp, shoot it till it sets alight and it exploded just before it hit the ground and killed a pack of combines (it was on one of the buggy levels in a warehouse). Im currently on nova prospekt.

    all the lil 12 year olds who, cant get half life 2 running because they tried to warez, it will come and flame about valve or steam, but unfortunatly the only people listening, will be other flamers because anyone who did everything properly, will be able to play it and will not go in the forums...

    seems to make sense to only release it to people who have half life 2 you might get it with the boxed version though
