Ok, under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\[steamname]\[gamename]\[gameabbreviation]\ I will save materials folder and all of contents. What about the sound folder? Map folder? Models folder? Should i save every .vmf .vtf file? Thanks for the help.

First Post! Ok, so I have counterstrike, portal 2, half life 2 etc. If I'm done playing a game and want to uninstall/delete it, which files do I need to save to keep all of my textures etc. for Hammer? Thanks, GMoney
