Well what worked for me is: Go onto your Steam-Library, then right click "TeamFortress2", click on "Properties", then click on the "UPDATES" tab, and untick the "Steam Cloud" box, it should look like this: And click close. It worked for me, don't ask me why, though sometimes TF2 does crash...
