i just reinstalled windows xp, and downloaded TF2 to my computer again via Steam, and when i get into a game, it lets me play for about 5 minutes before i get kicked and get a message saying "Secure connection failed. A conneciton to the Steam VAC servers could not be made. For troubleshooting...

i tried opening Steam, and nothing happens. I restarted twice, and still doesnt open! What is wrong?!? And its not my firewall.
