Before Nov 10th, I managed to beat it just once (with two survivors killed and me and my mate barely alive). Now I've just beat it and it felt like Advanced. Maybe Valve wants to give a sense of accomplishment to all the non-hardcore players who are going to play it today for the first time...

Not yet. Although they aren't still that great, I'd prefer not to lose them atm :) Valve will fix such an obvious problem, hopefully.

Yeah I know, but I don't think it's the same thing. The problem is still there and I sent Valve a bug report yesterday. Seems the FPS drop issue will keep them busy for a while though.

I wonder why the achievements aren't being awarded properly. I'm 9/9 on Head of the Class and it doesn't unlock. I was about 42500/25000 on Team Doctor and it took another session as a medic to unlock. WTF?

Maybe they found themselves in time pressure. Impossible deadlines happen, unfortunately. Bethesda asked the company I work for to localize Oblivion in just three weeks. We refused. I wonder if they ever realized they were talking nonsense.

I work as a software localizator and I can assure you we rarely see what we are translating about.
