umm well it's not so much the spawning and relationships that need to be automated.. it's the placing of the NPCs.. and especially, the waypoints or whatever they're called.. but I mean I'm sure they could benefit someone.. so post them or give us a link or something :) Thanks! --Jimmy :cheers: -

noobish question about npc's
Yeah they don't work in DM.. I've heard of certain NPCs working with certain weapons (as in, the ones they normally have in SP), but only in SP.. as far as DM is concerned, stick with monsters... for more info on getting them to work, check out my tut.. it's stickied on this board :D --Jimbro -

http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showthread.php?t=72849 :D but if you want to give yourself the weapon.. I believe he's right, it's weapon_slam.. but without Hammer, I'm pretty sure you can't spawn weeapons.. if you use give then you will give the weapon to yourself, and if you use npc_create... -

Yup.. I'm pretty sure that this Half Life stuff is a second.. or third.. job for most of us hehe.. even if we prioritize it over some things (I know I'd rather play with NPCs than write a paper :P) I need to consolidate this all, anyway... when I do I'm still not sure what I am going to do with... -
