Fix for this error!!!!!! I had the same error, the problem is that something else on your network is trying to use that port, you have a conflict.... and steam cannot deal with it, so it explodes. And this IS the fix, id check your other PCs or your PCs for p2p apps like limewire or kazaa, etc...
