wtf...... they are all 700+ latency for me..... im not kidding EDIT : I just checked and the latencies are all down....... thats so wierd because within the first 15-20 minutes that HL2DM was out all the servers were SUPERRRRR high ping and in-game play was impossible except for on my friends...

Ok so public servers are SUPPPPPPER laggy butttttt My friend setup a passworded server and it was just him and me and the lag was non-existant. I was pinging in the 50s and it worked really well. We enabled cheats an spawned buggies and airboats with the console : ch_airboat ch_buggy...

Agreed. I didn't cheat until AFTER the game. I don't think it woulda been half as fun if I had cheated before-hand.
