Split the posts from the thread "Node graph out of date - rebuilding" to the Custom Mapping forums. As you didn't mention any problems with Half-Life 2 single player, I'd assume it's an issue with your map.

It seems as if there's a solution to this: Open the run dialog (Start menu -> Run), type msconfig and press enter. Select the BOOT.ini tab and click the "Advanced Options" button. Check the box saying "/MAXMEM=" and set it to the amount of ram you have or something below it. After that's done...
