The spy is french/spanish, but has a bit italian too (for saying words like "prego", and "amigo") but somewhere I read a biography of the Spy on the net... Maybe TF2 wiki?

It should work, but the thing is that mastapenguin owns an Xbox, and Orange box for his/her Xbox but he needs the sounds for the PC :D
