Adding the second stick should not hurt the overclock you can achieve, but you ain't going to get the FSB very high seen as it is only pc2700 and the timing are a bit slack. Can't see why your mobo is being picky about which one is in which slot what type is it?

You do realise that a steel case will not make it any cooler than a plastic one if the ventilation is the same? The actual case transfers so little heat that it does not matter. Not having a go at you just checking.
