I could...but rather than waste my time writing a letter that'll just get ignored, I decided to post here instead :p
I have one. It's not that I can't afford $20...it's that I don't feel particularly happy about paying for something I already have.
You can say 'its free though' all you...
Well why are the bundling 'free' games that I don't want with it. Way I see it, HL2: DM is $9.95, the pack is $19.95, therefore, as I only want EP1, the game should be, at most, $10.
Is there a way to buy EP1 on its own? Through steam it seems you can only buy it with HL2: DM, HL2: LC and HLDM: Source....On this page it says that HL2:DM is usually $9.95...well, I already have it, similarly, I have all the other games bundled with EP1 and don't feel too happy about paying for...
Hehehe, yeah. It's always been my motto "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" - but I figured new drivers might help boost performance slightly - I don't really have a high end system.
Yeah, I used to have Omega drivers, but there wasn't any noticable difference so since I reformatted I just...
Has anyone downloaded the latest ATI driver yet? I'm having problems with it. In CSS random textures & models disapear and reappear. Including player models, so it's kinda strange when you see an AK floating towards you. This only happens to me when the textures are on the high setting, any...
lol!
I smell warez :p
Valve/Steam/who-ever secretly updated steam. All warez accounts can't play online anymore :p and I mean EVERY hack possible to get any steam game just doesn't work :D
Most of the time memory read errors isn't a hardware problem, it's usually software just being a pain in the ass and not reading the memory, not the memory not allowing the software to read it (if you follow) Try reinstalling and updating a few drivers, or re-download the game.
Well rockstar games let you download GTA1 and GTA2 for free now...maybe valve will eventually do the same thing. When half life 10 is out :\ by then hl2 graphics will be obselete and we won't want to play it, just like GTA1 and GTA2.
