I resolved this issue today with changing the position of the HEV suit and its cabinet. This is a tricky positioning but it fixed the crashing.

None I get a crash error from windows as if the program itself crashed, I can load other maps though and my testing grounds map works fine The message I get within windows states Hl2.exe has stopped working.... bleh
