Try downloading reforce or some utility to set refresh rates and change them to no more than 100hz. I changed 120hz -> 100hz and it worked.

About this "human eye can only see x fps" fight. It has really been all over again and again. There was even some nice 3d -app written especially to settle this kind of fights. I'll see if I can find it.
