What a great bunch of videos! They totally reminded me why i found the first game so boring ^_^ I was thinking about getting the 2nd one but now i won't.

I felt Valve swindled me on L4D, paid $50 for what was a $20 game which I couldn't be bothered playing anymore after 2 weeks, I won't be back for the sequel.

I fail to see how this is different from any other game that involves ragdolls and physics. Yay the character fall over when they hit each other. Yay different attacks cause different reactions. Whoop-dee-doo.

That trailer did nothing but seal my desire to never ever EVER! play that game....EVER!!!!

sounds like it's worth a go. The level lighting needs a bit more work though, too much of the same tone over everything.

definitely be checking this out. Hopefully there's still time for them to tweak those run cycles as they feel very weightless (need more pelvis up/down, either that or a samurai style run)

apart from the old titles that are around or under $10 most of the newer games can still be bought for far less from eBay. ie Prince of Persia is now $37.49 which translates into around $55 Australian. Quick check on eBay and it's AU$24.95 + $15 p/h making it AU$40 total. I really don't...

The way the trailer presents the mod is very good, I enjoyed watching it and so it served it's purpose. Closer inspection shows some cool scenery, but I find myself getting stuck looking at the stiff and not-so-fluid character motion (I'm an animator so that's usually what draws my attention)...

Think I'll wait til after Christmas and then buy it on PS3 once the price goes down on eBay. Screw publishers who still seem to think they can control when and where a game is sold.
