    It can be done in the console or in the config file. e.g. bind a net_graph 3 this will turn on your net graph when you press the 'a' key.

    Sounds like a software problem, try updating your graphics drivers. www.ati.com I have a Athlon 64 3000+, X800 XT PE, 768mb DDR. And i can get about 100fps maxed out.
