Mm. Is there any way I can reset the bindings in the developers console? Maybe that's where the problem lies.

As I stated in my first post, I've already tried doing that. Verifying the game cache also didn't work, nor did resetting the keyboard settings.

About.. It must have been about one year ago, in an electronics store. It´s not an illegal copy.

Well, those keep resetting themselves for no reason at all.. And I don't see how hitting the "z" key would make the game spawn Eli..

For some reason, Half Life 2 does not seem to be working correctly. I cannot crouch, shoot, and clicking on the "z" key makes the game spawn Eli. Resetting the keyboard settings does not result in anything. My software is all up to date, I've tried reinstalling the game, but even the latter...
