I made a quick idea of what could work. I just don't have time to make it any nicer or spend more time on it. The .psd is there as well in case anyone sees potential in it and wants to build up on my idea:

Looks to me like they definitely took some ideas from DICE's offices in Stockholm Sweden. They have 2 floors connected with a "hub" staircase as well and the new kitchen area from Valve looks almost identical to the one at DICE. To me the DICE offices still look better than the new Valve...
Off Limits is a multiplayer mod where two teams fight against each other for map control. Map control is linked to each teams Juggernaut who plays a vital role in the team. If a Juggernaut dies, that team loses map control. Only when all spawn points are lost does a team win. There's a lot more...
Looks like a lot of work went into this down the road, the main thing is that you in the end release something, it's one hell of an undertaking I know.

I posted some more updates on the front page, posted a video showing WiP stuff of the new map I'm working on which will have vehicle support. I started working on it 3 weeks ago, pretty much day and night. I hope to get it done asap so we can start thinking...
