    Changing the map didn't fix the problem, now it just crashes at different point. I will just copy my saves and reinstall the game tomorow.

    The map is d2_coast_09. I tried to load it, but still stops responding at the same location. I don't want to load next map, I will then skip a part of the game. Maybe I should try to reinstall.

    Verified the game, but it didn't help. I will try to load map from console. Edit: How do you enable console? Adding -console in target field is not working. Edit2: Nevermind, got the console working.

    I just got to the Sandtraps chapter in Half Life 2, but the game stops responding or just freezes when i drive past certain point in the tunnel at start of the chapter.
