I want to subscribe to steam for $5 a month (or whatever it was going to be). Knowing what good people valve are they probably wont offer that option until lots have people have already bought half life 2 in full :(

What about the per month subscription? I dont want to buy half life 2 only to find out that the subscriptions become avaliable a week later, and in doing so wasting even more money

Why would you waste your time adding to source just so valve can profit from your efforts?
