Yes at this point park the hovercraft somewhere and climb above the tunnels by a ladder and you will see a washing machine, push it till it drops down, then go down again and pull the lever. That will do the trick!! It only needs that washing machine!

I should agree with you !! As we saw over a few leakages of ep3 gameplays the game will begin first at white forest then they will somehow get the chopper fixed and then they will fly to the arctic base!!
