Is their going to be a CE addition in other countries? All the UK sites I have visited to pre-order seem to not have a CE addition. So is their going to be a CE outside the US?!?

Come on - I would have thought that at least 70% of all game players cheat in some capacity whether it be SP or MP (SP the most, just to get past a hard bit when you become frustrated at being killed for the 40th time). However, when it comes to MP it is morally wrong - I wouldn't have thought...
