Don't really find anything wrong with the music. The music in HL is not super bad, and it's super good either in my eyes. It does the job for the atmosphere.

It will be like throwing sand on a beach in regards to getting Valve to talk about Half-Life 3, but do what ever makes you feel good.

Uh...neither of them failed. They were last updated in December. If they will ever come out or come out within a reasonable time frame, I don't know.

I looked at the actual gameplay videos and the graphics looked terrible for a 2011. 3 years ago they would be fine, but not today. The whole point of a remake is pretty much the graphics and they bombed that area. Source looks dated.

Perhaps I can't. I still think indoor enviorment is still where Half-Life shines.

I don't think it held a candle to other outdoor games like Crysis and Far cry.

I enjoyed Half-Life 1 deathmatch. I guess you weren't around when it was in its hay day. When Half-Life 3 comes around, I doubt you'll see TF3 along with it. Counter-Strike 2 is possible. I'd rather see CS2 as a full fledged stand alone game though.
