use full size, otherwise you only get crap. just lower the fps recording speed in the mivies tab, if its at watever fpd, lower it by maybe 20-30, and it should run better. if not, then maybe take sound out, but not reccommended, everythings better with sound. but dont lower the fpd too much or...
