    well it works fine in the .GIF but when I convert it to .vtf and .vmt it flashes for like a milisecond so that you can barely read the words

    Okay I have an animated spray, it is saved in .vtf and .vmt file types it works the problem is it goes by WAY to fast how can I set it so that the picture will change about every second?
