Hmm, I've found the folders for scenes, but there arn't any sound files in them, just .vcd's. I guess I'll have to keep digging.

Anyone know where I could find dialogue for major characters, like Alyx and what have you? I can't seem to find it...

If I was to want to dig out the sound files for, say, half-life 2 that I've installed through steam, where would I be able to find them, if I'm able to find them? Also, would there be some sort of program I would need? Thanks much :thumbs:

I just got past the sniper part of "Follow Freeman!" and as Barney's opening the gate, he turns and asks you if you hear a cat, and then mentions that it haunts him. What is that in reference too? Is it something further along in the game (don't tell me if so, this is my first play through)...
