    Wow nice find Firecrack. OK today I made a test map with the beta and tried out all the interesting monsters I could find in the fgd file. The results were pretty cool, turns out there is a lot more working stuff in there than I had seen walking around the existing maps. Most of the monsters...

    I don't know how different the process is for compiling hl2 models from hl1 models, but this i my guess at the quickest way to do it: 1.) decompile hl:s low-poly model 2.) take reference smd (the one with a mesh) and delete the mesh (leave the bones). 3.) decompile old-format, high-poly BS...

    It would be cool if, having found some 1337 3d artists with a passion for HL who remake the HL1 monsters to perfection, you then got them to remake chumtoad, friendly, kingpin etc. This would be cool for mappers. BM:S could take over the worlddddd!!!!!!
