There's nothing to extract. You have to go into the game files, HL2/sound/music/... or something and you have it all there. You can even listen to the voices and other delicious goodies.

First time I ever played HL, I didn't think much of it. I still don't... Crawling through tunnels and shafts didn't excite me at all. I only loved the levels that were on the surface.
