Check out Transfusion, a standalone game made on the Darkplaces engine, with help from some of the original Blood team. TBH, I don't think Blood will work on Source, the lighting and atmosphere would ruin it. If you want to recreate Blood, wait for FEAR. Made by Monolith, so there would be fewer...
