good point, but i still think that content updates and buying the game online could have been done without steam :) but i rest my case

what i dont understand is WHY valve would burden us with steam, i mean in some aspects its usefull but from what i can tell they gain nothing from steam and neither do we (except for mabey a bit of convenience)... so WHY valve! WHY!!!

I agree, with the dude who posted on page 4, saying the physics engine sucks.. Well, i dont think it SUCKS, but it seemed alittle *SLOW* to me, like the pictures that fell off the wall, if u catch it when he turns around, the picture is still standing straight up from 20 seconds earlier.. Mabey...

I was just wondering, i saw a video of two guys playing with the jb mod online, with the newest one, .5. One thing i noticed was the character skin models were gray like they were BEFORE the real hl2 dm came out... anyone know how to play the JB mod online? thanks!

i know but, there isnt :( i tried reinstalling hl2 dm but that didnt work either, im guessing im MISSING some files but i never messed with them, except i put a map in the map folder but thats it.

When i go to make a server, it just says, to pick my map then on the next tab, frag limit time limit and all those check marks... if im not mistaken, arent i supposed to have like, the server name and password? im confused :(

alright so newegg is my best bet if im building a compouter?
