Hey guys, I'm working on a University project and I need to alter NPC's. I've extracted a model (GCFScape), decompiled it (MDLDecompiler/VTFEdit/Notepad++) and gotten it into XSI. When I try to get it back in the game I can compile my QC correctly with edits but I must be doing something wrong...
