Sounds like a problem specific to your hardware and not the software. You will need to update your drivers and correct any overclocking changes you have made. If other games are running fine and this just happens with CS:S, it may be a network card issue? You will need to investigate...

I haven't got the update yet but have you checked your connection settings in options? Early updates used to reset the connection setting beck to 28k modem :p

I think the obvious difference between Bizzy and Silks shots are the ping. When Silk's framerate drops, his ping is 2½ times what it was in the first shot. Bizz is obviously created his own server runnning the map. V.
