I love presents, and I bet you all guys do! And I know Valve knows that we love presents, and that we love Half-Life 2 above all. What does it mean?

- we will get a "Merry Xmas" message at Steam's website :hmph:

or

- we will get new content :naughty:

Technically I did get my present from Valve in the form of an art book (Raising teh bar), but I had to pay for it, so it doesn't count.

ME WANTS REAL PRESENT!

I guess models for CSS, maybe a new map for HL2DM.

since i'm getting my gf6800 and hl2 this christmas, I hope it's a CSS update. :O

i hope it's a steaming lump of shitty coal for all you people who demand, demand, demand.

for everyone else: just a lump of coal.

bah humbug etc :p

It's just a dream but I'd be very happy to download HL1 Source for free from Steam
BTW Merry Christmas everyone :E

I am ignorant of the quandries of international ordering/shipping, but can't some of the online sellers like newegg, or pricewatch ship to you? Or, if all else fails, could you have a friend stateside buy it and mail it to you? I suppose the cost of the shipping itself may be the prohibitive part in this case though.

I like being here in the U.S., because many new tech things pop out here regularly, but sometimes I too get jealous of what other countries have.... The laptops and mobile toys they get in Japan particularly make me drool. It is definitely not fair to have to know that you have the money to buy something, but cannot because your country does not have it now. ;(

Oooh Nice idea!

I always wanted HL: Source but couldn't justify spending money to on a game I currently own just to get shiny water.

Why oh Why didn't Valve invest properly in the project and completely redo HL1 with Source? They created a load of interest about it with all of the mags and online sites gossiping about what it might be. There was definitely a market for it - not just with HL Fanboys but sequels always make people wanna see the original.
