Is this really true? I just saw this on wiki. There is no mention of this in any of the games?!

The city 17 is found in Georgia or in Russia near the Caspian see because an easteregg from valve tells you the altitude and the latitude of the location (this was descovered by some guys) this is strange but the location on the map are pretty well exactly like the c17. it`s near the cost (highway 17) and near the mountains (ep.2)
