are there Finnish signs in City 17?

I heard someone say some of the signs in the buildings were in Finnish. I haven't confirmed this. Any idea?
 
No, there are Russian and ones that could be Swedish or Estonian (referring to the krona as currency).
 
actually u cans see the "Krona", altough u can see on some gas pumps the mark "kr" witch stands for kronor....
 
There is, but it can be by accident. They discuss the word "summa" in the thread Is This Tea posted a link to. That's a Finnish word, but it's a word in a bunch of other languages too.

In the first chapter there's also another Finnish thing. In the playground there's a wall with a mural on it that says "Veikko International" (or "Veikko somethingelse"). Veikko is a Finnish man's name, but once again, it may be a word in other languages too.
 
The odd-shaped letters could also be Bulgarian, as Russian and Bulgarian use the Cyrillic alphabet.

There is also a Copy / Atelier sign

Atelier is a French word meaning "artist's studio"
