BEST MONITOR for gaming?

this is one i have, and i got for a friend. it can do 1600x1200@85hz, 1280x1024@100hz etc.. which is a must if you want to game at 1600x1200 comfortably and flicker free. if you don't use that high of a res, then you could settle for something less. but you can get the 930sb for around $300 shipped. its also the 19" crt monitor of choice around hardocp forums, which says a lot.
