black and blue textures everywhere...any idea?

hey, everyone, i still can't figure out what's going on with hl2. every time an object moves, this happens

i'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me out. i have a 2.8ghz celeron, 640mbs of ram, and a 128mb ATI Radeon 9000 IGP Mobility.
