Buying HL2

When buying HL2 and not over steam. If we get it at a store will it have the same stuff as the one over steam? Will the silver package contain all the stuff the steam silver package does?

The metal-coloured packages are Steam exclusive- retail-wise, the game will only be available in Standard and Collector's editions.

General consensus is that the CE just doesn't have the value of the Gold Steam package.
