use a crosshair from another source game in different games? ie ( counter strike CH with Dod:s ? ) and will i be able to use the same funtions or actions it dose in the original game i took it from?

Yes. You can download custom crosshair packs, look at the instructions of those to get an idea of how to incorporate different crosshairs from another game.
