Changing CS display name (i.e. Special Characters...)

Question, does anyone know how to change your player name in CS:S to contain special characters (i.e. funky latin letters, etc.)? I've already downloaded CS name convertor V2, but it was unable to convert it (ironic, huh?). I've also created one I liked in MS works, but copying and pasting it into CS:S was unsuccessful and just produced boxes and numbers.
I would appreciate some input as to what I should have done or could be doing.

Part of that is distorted due to the forums being b0rked, but you get the idea.

Joule, where's the "run" option at? In Windows, or elsewhere? Kinda lost in the technical end of CS. Sorry.

Click on the Start button located on your Windows taskbar.

Oooohhh, in the taskbar. Got it. I really am smart, just no common sense whatsoever. Oh well.
Makes sense, since that's using an Arial font and not the random font garbage I was using in MS works. Thanks Joule!!!

What? I did nothing, I was just hmphing at the fact that you didn't know where run was.

I knew where run was, it just didn't make sense that I would be "running" anything outside of CS to fix myproblem. Little did I know....
