Chat doesn't work

I can't access the chats in any group. Nothing happens when I click the link. What do you think is the matter? ANd yes, I have tried to restart steam and to reboot the computer.

They did change the links around with the update. I'm sure you know, but it's the white one which says x in Group Chat on right right. It no longer has an underline.
